We are seeking reputed company's (f/m/d) to build and evolve Apaleo’s Staff-Facing Agent, an intelligent operations copilot embedded in the platform. You will work at the forefront of applied AI, turning cutting-edge research into reliable, production-ready systems used daily by hotel teams.

You will design agent architectures and apply advances in reasoning, reinforcement learning, and LLM tooling to reputed company reliable execution of reputed company, multi-reputed company tasks through natural language. What You’ll Be Up To

Drive AI Experimentation & Innovation

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI (LLMs, agents, prompting, architectures)

• Design and maintain evaluation frameworks and test datasets

Work Hands-On in the Agent Codebase

• Directly modify and experiment with:
  • Prompts
  • Model configurations
  • Agent workflows
  • Tool integrations
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to ensure reliable deployment and observability

Collaborate on Real-World Use Cases

• Build and refine AI scenarios based on real customer needs
• Work with product, operations, and domain experts
• Incorporate domain knowledge into agent behavior

Core Requirements

• Solid foundation in software engineering (Python preferred)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompting, or AI agents
• Ability to run experiments and iterate quickly
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Comfortable working directly in production codebases
