Ready to join a team that makes a difference?A little about the position:Job SummaryThe VP of Sales Operations is responsible for optimizing the sales organization’s effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance.  This includes leadership of the Inside Sales teams, development of the CRM enablement infrastructure, and sales effectiveness initiatives at scale.  This role will reputed company implementing best practices to maximize productivity and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and customer service functions. In addition, this role actively cultivates strong partnerships with sales leadership, sales strategy and cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company sales team alignment, ensuring that objectives and strategies are consistently trained, communicated and executed across the organization. This role measures the sales team and looks for best practices for like groups that are then replicated to ensure the team is improving every day, with such metrics as growth, calls to reputed company and funnel management.This role also oversees sales training initiatives to ensure the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for success and drives reputed company improvement in sales effectiveness through strategic process enhancements Some of What You Will Do:Sales Effectiveness and Efficiency:

Sales Operations & Infrastructure
  • Own end-to-end sales operations, including CRM design, strategy and governance, pipeline management, forecasting, territory and account planning, and reporting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a reputed company discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales training and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
