About the Role

Data Analysts are the people who form a marriage of minds with product, marketing and commercial managers and provide them the insights they need to drive improvements in their products. They explore data, create impactful visualizations and visualization and design and analyze experiments to fuel team learning and innovation. Over time, as both the learning needs and the analysts' understanding of how to address them mature, they build their understanding into self-service insights dashboards that reputed company learnings to be generated without the direct support of data professionals. What you’ll do in 12 months

• Transform our understanding of how users discover and order food through behavioral insights: Collaborate with Marketplace and Menu teams to understand user behaviors and drivers behind their interactions with our platform. Uncover patterns and trends in menu discovery, evaluation and ordering actions, informing the improvement of the marketplace experience. Success will be reputed company by the number of insights that have led to improvements in user experience and engagement metrics, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention.
