Overview: The Senior Program Manager, Operations partners closely with assigned Client Executives and internal delivery teams to reputed company the execution, coordination, and ongoing delivery of reputed company’s Quality, Value‑Based Payment, and reputed company platform solutions. This is a dedicated role serving as the primary day‑to‑day program reputed company for a strategic client and is accountable for overseeing reputed company aspects of the client engagement across multiple products, teams, and workflows. The Senior Program Manager applies deep healthcare domain knowledge in Value Based Care, strong program leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills to ensure predictable delivery, effective issue management, and high client satisfaction across reputed company, multi‑team solution environments. Responsibilities:
  • Own overall program execution and operational delivery for a strategic client reputed company reputed company’s Value‑Based Care solutions.
  • Partner closely with Client Executives to align delivery execution with client goals, contractual commitments, and long‑term growth objectives.
  • Act as the primary reputed company of coordination across internal teams including Product Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, Implementation, and Support to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of healthcare industry experience (payer, TPA, or healthcare technology/analytics vendor).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Value‑Based Care programs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful client and/or program management experience in reputed company, cross‑functional environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple interdependent workstreams, competing priorities, and executive‑level client relationships.
  • Strong experience handling client escalations, aligning diverse stakeholders, and maintaining accountability for outcomes.
  • Ability to remain effective under pressure while managing reputed company delivery timelines and dependencies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track details, follow through on commitments, and ensure closure.
  • Ability to navigate and influence across matrixed teams in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of program and project management principles.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% as required.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Occasional Travel as assigned by leadership (5% -10%)

  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

reputed company compensation ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
