Position Summary: General accounting, fixed assets, trend analysis, business insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing journal entries and conducting month end reputed company task with minimal supervision.
• Preparing account reconciliations, including bank accounts and credit card statements.
• Reconciling intercompany balances.
• Preparing documentation for external auditors.
• Collaborating with preparation of annual budgets.
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ability to work the designated shift for the position.
• Demonstrates initiative in understanding process flows and controls.
• Ensures strict confidentiality of financial records.
• Abides by reputed company applicable local, state and federal rules and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with and/or adheres to company HIPAA policies and procedures.
• Ensures reputed company of data entered into company systems and/or databases.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting
• 3-5 years of working experience as general accountant
• Knowledge of ERP systems (reputed company Dynamics preferred)
• Understanding of month end closing process (full-cycle accounting)
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office (Advance level reputed company, Pivot tables, V-lookups)
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and manipulate large amounts of data.
