The Work

The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery across high-performing, cross-functional teams and ensuring the consistent application of Scrum principles and practices. This role is central to supporting the delivery of enterprise data, analytics, and modernization initiatives by fostering collaboration, promoting transparency, and driving reputed company improvement reputed company the team environment.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• 8 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering technology or data platforms.
• 8 years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• 8 years of proven ability to identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
• 8 years of experience coaching teams on self-organization, accountability, and reputed company improvement.
• 8 years of experience using Agile lifecycle management tools (such as Jira).
• 8 years of ability to support reporting on velocity, sprint metrics, and delivery reputed company.
• 8 years of experience working in enterprise or large-scale IT initiatives
• Must be able to pass a background reputed company. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Desired Qualifications

• 4 years of experience working on state or government technology projects.
• Scrum Master certification, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or

equivalent.

Working Conditions

• Professional office environment, with the ability to work onsite in the main office.
• Must reside in the Austin area.
• Must be physically and mentally able to reputed company duties extended periods of time.
• Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
• Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
