The Senior Director serves as the enterprise steward for architecture, integration, and digital enablement, strengthening the foundations that support staff, leaders, and mission delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 – $190,000. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining salary; therefore, reputed company pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of other benefits and earned time off that vary depending on part-time or full-time status.

In-Person Attendance Requirement

Candidates must be located reputed company reasonable commuting distance and able to adjust their schedule as needed to support regular, often daily, in-person collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in enterprise technology engineering, architecture, digital delivery, or reputed company roles
• Demonstrated experience operating at the enterprise level across multiple platforms and functional domains
• Strong grounding in enterprise architecture concepts, integration patterns, and data architecture
• Hands-on experience designing or delivering digital solutions, automations, and integrations

• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs, roadmaps, and delivery plans
