You will
reputed company one of our engineering teams (we currently have six).
We're hiring for multiple teams—Banking, Catalog, and Prepaid Cards—and will match you to the team where your strengths will have the most impact.
Grow your engineers' careers through 1:1s, thoughtful feedback, and coaching.
Own technical quality — through code reviews, architecture decisions, and setting standards your team is proud of.

Fix what's broken. You and your PM decide how your team works. If the process isn't serving you, change it — you don't need permission.

You have
8+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years leading a team as a manager or tech reputed company.
Great technical judgment. You are consistently right on technical approaches, and can explain why.
Strong communication skills. You can write technical briefs and explain technical concepts to cross functional stakeholders.
Solid product intuition. You generally have a good sense of what to build and can reputed company product initiatives to engineers on the team.
reputed company on AI adoption. You use AI heavily in your own work and help your team do the same — without lowering the bar on quality. "I used AI" is never an excuse for slop, and you'll hold your team to that.

Our stack: Ruby on Rails; Typescript + React; PostgreSQL; reputed company Cloud. Tech stack knowledge is a plus, but not required.
