Finance Analyst

Tidal Basin seeks a competent Finance Analyst to join the Hawaii project supporting those impacted from the Kona Low flooding incident. The Finance Analyst assists with overseeing the financial and resource management aspects of the program, ensuring optimal use of resources and maintaining financial reputed company. This role involves budgeting, financial reporting, resource allocation, invoicing and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. The Finance Analyst will work closely with the Project Manager to support the program's goals and ensure efficient and transparent operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
Financial Management:
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to project management team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, reputed company) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Experience in project-based or program management environments is preferred.
