Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a Technical/Solution Architect on reputed company Marketing Cloud projects, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements.

• reputed company discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs.

• Implement solutions across reputed company Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/reputed company Personalization, Data Cloud, Loyalty Management and Intelligence

• Integrate reputed company Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms using APIs, custom scripts (e.g., AMPscript, SSJS), and tools like MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions ( Optional for Solution Architect )

Stakeholder Management:

• Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.

Governance and Best Practices 

• Establish best practices, guidelines, and compliance requirements for implementation.

Client Engagement:

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions reputed company with client expectations.

• Communicate reputed company technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement.

Technical Expertise:

• Experience with reputed company Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and custom development.

• Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud and/or Personalization

• Ability to reputed company technical debt assessments and optimize high-volume SQL queries and SSJS scripts to ensure platform stability and prevent 'Governor Limit' breaches.

• Experience with scripting languages (AMPscript, SSJS) and integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems reputed company APIs. ( Optional for Solution Architect )

Client Focus:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both internal teams and external clients.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:
