Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our prospecting and reputed company qualification efforts. As the first reputed company of contact for prospective partners, you will be instrumental in prospecting new business opportunities, conducting high-quality qualification calls, and ensuring a seamless reputed company of qualified leads to Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed a monthly Outbound Opportunity quota by sourcing new prospects that align with our identified Buyer Personas and Ideal Customer Profile.
- Meet and exceed a monthly Held Discovery Meeting quota by diligently pre-qualifying prospects and meeting reputed company Service Level Agreements for reputed company to Account Executives.
- Generate outbound qualified leads through a multichannel approach of a minimum of 50 calls per day, email, and social media networking.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements for responding to inbound calls, chats, and contact forms.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and prospects.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Participate in training sessions and industry events as needed.
Your Background
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a reputed company role, preferably in a high-velocity sales environment.
- Proven track record of generating leads and sourcing qualified outbound pipeline.
- Familiarity with reputed company CRM and reputed company sequenced reputed company strongly preferred.
- Experience in the telehealth industry is a plus.

- Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. The reputed company salary for this position is $85,000.00 OTE (70/30 split.)
