Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Pricing Administration Executive to join our busy and fast-paced Energy Pricing team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth onboarding and management of client reputed company, maintaining compliance, and protecting reputed company through timely and accurate administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Information Submissions
- Ensure reputed company new client information requests are accurately submitted to suppliers reputed company internal SLA timelines
- Utilise internal and industry systems, including Perse and Electralink, to manage submissions reputed company
- Liasing with suppliers to ensure reputed company information is returned and set up correctly on reputed company internal systems
- liaising with the sales team to gather information required
- Contract & Supply Management
- Submit terminations in line with incumbent supplier Terms & Conditions
- Monitor and ensure reputed company reputed company go live on their intended start dates
- Proactively identify and resolve any risks to contract activation
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Produce and distribute regular reports to internal stakeholders regarding contract status and pipeline reputed company
- Maintain clear and timely communication across departments

- Manage and resolve objections in line with internal SLAs
- Act with urgency to minimise reputed company risk to the business
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to reputed company reputed company resolutions
- Compliance & Quality Assurance

- Maintain accurate records and ensure reputed company documentation is complete and audit-ready
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong administrative experience, ideally reputed company the energy or utilities sector
