The Role
As a Chatroom Operator, you'll be responsible for reviewing and responding to inbound text messages using pre-set canned responses. You'll also enhance canned responses to add context and a human touch, ensuring that every interaction is accurate, effective, and engaging. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be critical in maintaining high-quality support and reputed company managing conversation flow.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and respond to inbound text messages using pre-set canned responses
- Enhance canned responses to add context and a human touch
- Meet speed goals based on the complexity of interaction, balancing high-quality support with efficient conversation flow
- Maintain a high level of response quality, with reputed company interactions evaluated using a 1-4 rating scale for accuracy and effectiveness
- Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless communication and support
