Job Summary
As an Entry Level Traveling Customer Trainer, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to our customers as they transition to our software solutions. This role requires excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time) to install and convert our software for customers, while also supporting reputed company customers, preparing for future trips, and conducting follow-reputed company from your home office.
Key Responsibilities
* Travel to customer sites to install and convert our software, providing comprehensive training and support to key dealership personnel
- Meet with dealership management to understand their needs and requirements, and customize the system accordingly

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless implementation and support of our software solutions

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, education)
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time)
