Key Responsibilities:
* Provide fast, friendly, and personalized service to customers, assessing their needs and providing assistance to drive sales growth
- Learn about products and services using our tools and training programs to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers
- Greet, qualify, recommend, and reputed company every customer in your department, with the ability to handle basics in adjacent departments
- Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring a clean, shop-able, and safe environment for customers and employees
- Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following reputed company safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
- Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments, to reputed company sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in sales promotions, events, and initiatives to drive sales growth and customer engagement

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, operating a cash register, and processing transactions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role in a retail or sales environment
