Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Chat Writing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming customer inquiries reputed company live chat and email systems, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
- Helping users reset passwords, manage subscriptions, and navigate account settings, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
- Following templated scripts to ensure fast, consistent service and maintaining a supportive, professional tone with every message
- Escalating complicated cases to higher-tier support reputed company needed, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support possible

- 3 simulated chats/emails with coaching feedback
- First shift monitored by QA support
