Key Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots
• Checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our cars at return
• Providing excellent customer service while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry
• Adhering to company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

* Valid Driver's License

• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work reputed company shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
• Familiarity with handheld devices and data entry software
