Primary Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Call Center, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming Medicare Supplement calls in accordance with quality standards to provide information to agents/insured about the status of a policy or any other question they may have.
  • Placing outgoing calls to provide or obtain information.
  • Documenting reputed company calls while in reputed company using the online documentation program.
  • Transferring or referring misdirected calls to the appropriate individual, department, or offices reputed company the company, using approved transfer and referral techniques.
  • Processing customer requests using internal and client-mandated procedures.
  • Producing correspondence to customers using approved letters. Fully documenting policy file or image system with reputed company reputed company material to leave a clear and concise audit trail.
