Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with questions and recommendations to ensure they find the perfect products for their needs
  • Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining the reputed company of cash and protecting company assets, adhering to our strict reputed company protocols
  • Keeping the store well-stocked, recovering merchandise, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers
  • Receiving merchandise and assisting with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
  • Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment by maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
  • Maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring reputed company areas are reputed company and presentable
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management team

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

  • Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
  • Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are required
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
