About the Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, issues, and concerns through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred but not required
