About the Role
As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, concerns, and issues. - Proven oral and written communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
