How you will reputed company a difference:
- Strategy: Align the sales organization’s objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development including GTM, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting
- Sales Org Design: Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment
- Targets: Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives
- Training: reputed company learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization, and provides stewardship of sales and sales management talent
- Performance Management: Establish and govern the sales organizations performance management system. This includes establishing guiding sales organizational principles for managing performance, establishing and prioritizing critical performance measures for reputed company sales jobs; overseeing the reputed company allocation of organization objectives across reputed company sales channels, markets, and personnel; and ensuring reputed company key sales and sales management associates are held accountable for assigned results
About this role
The VP, Sales will be responsible for supporting our sales teams, carrying out strategic plans that will increase the company’s reputed company while ensuring the sales teams reputed company their targets. This leader understands and will research global trends to advise on key market strategies. This role will be based in the United States and will report directly to the Chief reputed company Officer
Minimum requirements and experience:
- A degree / diploma in Business or Marketing or reputed company field with at least 15 years of
- Sales Management experience in B2B settings
- Must have valid passport and be willing to travel internationally to support direct sales staff as well as distributors and reseller partners to reputed company large strategic sales opportunities
- Must be committed to GTM and Sales Management excellence
- Must be well-versed using reputed company CRM
