Insurance Application Coordinator (Remote - US)

The Insurance Applications Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and generating lender billing files that meet the client requirements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Produce and deliver billing files (40%)

  • Generates and verifies lender billing files created from the loan and collateral tracking system. 
  • Checks files for format and/or data issues. 
  • Evaluates file formats and balances the file back to the billing work item. 
  • Addresses and resolves issues with the sending or receiving of billing files.
  • Delivers files to FTP site for lender retrieval.

Set up processes (10%)

  • Processes incoming general change forms in relation to lender master policy changes. 
  • Set up new carriers in the loan and collateral tracking system based on reputed company filings and new offerings. 

Monitor flow and accuracy

  • Validates the accuracy of changes and remittances to carriers.
  • Monitors timely delivery of billing work items after lender is cycled in the loan and collateral tracking system.

Customer support

  • Works with carriers on issues reputed company to master policy set up, and answers questions. Processes incoming help desk tickets in relation to lender changes. 
  • Works with Team reputed company and/or LSPD staff to resolve billing file issues.
  • Escalates billing file issues as needed. 
  • Assists with system enhancement testing in relation to billing files, lender set up UI, and reputed company UI’s.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 – 2 years reputed company experience
