The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) reputed company is responsible for ensuring that technology solutions meet business objectives, member needs, and quality standards prior to production deployment. This hands-on, individual contributor role will reputed company reputed company phases of the UAT process, including test planning, test case development, test data preparation, execution, defect tracking, documentation, and obtaining final business approval. Responsibilities

- This includes defining test objectives, scope, entry/exit criteria, establishing test data, and ensuring test readiness across reputed company assigned projects.
- reputed company and coordinate the full UAT process by working closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth and accurate execution of test cases, adherence to timelines, and alignment with project goals.
- Execute test scripts and reputed company hands-on validation of new software features, system enhancements, and integrations prior to production deployment, including smoke and regression testing as required.
- Manage defect identification, documentation, triage, and resolution. Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure timely fixes and reputed company re-testing to validate solutions.
- Provide consistent communication and reporting on UAT reputed company, risks, and issues. Prepare and present test results, obtaining final sign-off from business stakeholders to validate UAT completion.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including test cases, test results, defect logs, traceability matrices, and approval records to ensure clear auditability throughout the UAT lifecycle.
- Support reputed company improvement efforts by evaluating and enhancing testing methodologies, tools, and processes, including identifying opportunities for efficiency gains or test automation.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple testing efforts across reputed company projects.
- Knowledge of test planning, test case development, test data preparation, and test execution.
- Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, reputed company ALM).
- Understanding of testing methodologies, UAT lifecycle, and SDLC processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with test automation tools or automation frameworks.
- Experience working in an Agile or hybrid development environment
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- IIBA ECBA / CCBA (for strong business analysis and requirements alignment)
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level (highly relevant for structured test practices)
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or reputed company experience in User Acceptance Testing
