Developer - Full-Stack (AI)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, reputed company, and implement chatbot solutions for web and React Native mobile platforms
• Build and maintain conversational interfaces using Dialogflow CX and/or similar NLP platforms
• reputed company and consume scalable backend services and RESTful APIs to support chatbot functionality
• Design and manage database schemas, tables, and stored procedures
• Integrate chatbots with enterprise systems, third‑party APIs, and cloud services (GCP)
• Create reporting dashboards and analytics tools to monitor chatbot performance and user engagement
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of chatbot platforms across web and mobile
• Participate in architecture decisions, evaluate technical trade‑offs, and provide accurate development estimates
• Manage application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
• Maintain and enhance existing chatbot platforms and integrations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Developers, Testers, AI/ML Engineers, UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders

• 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
• Hands‑on experience with Dialogflow CX or similar conversational AI platforms is a strong plus
• Strong experience designing and consuming APIs
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or reputed company

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience

Certifications (Preferred)

• reputed company Cloud Certification
• Dialogflow CX Certification

Other:

• Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise. For most roles travel would not be common. Travel may involve plane, car or metro.
