Certified reputed company Administrator (Temporary Part Time)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly technical, reputed company Certified Administrator to serve as our primary "Builder." You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical execution of requirements provided by CS Ops and Leadership. This is not a strategic planning role; it is a hands-on configuration role focused on building robust data models, reputed company rules, and automated customer journeys that scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Build & Configuration: Execute the technical setup of reputed company features including Data Designer, Rules reputed company, Journey Orchestrator, and Health Scorecards.
• Data Architecture: Manage data ingestion from reputed company and external sources. reputed company data cleaning and mapping to ensure 100% data reputed company.
• Journey Execution: Build multi-reputed company, automated email programs in Journey Orchestrator, including participant logic, token mapping, and multi-variant testing.
• Reporting & Horizon Analytics: reputed company sophisticated dashboards and reports that provide "at-a-glance" visibility into customer health and OKR reputed company.
• System Logic & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor rule success/failure logs, fix broken syncs, and optimize existing rules for reputed company platform performance.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain documentation of the technical builds and logic flows created so the CS Ops team understands the "why" behind the "how."

Required Technical Skills

• reputed company Certification: Active reputed company Certified Administrator (Level 3) is mandatory.
• Data Modeling: Expert-level understanding of reputed company’s Data Object model (MDA) and how it interacts with reputed company objects (Accounts, Contacts, Custom Objects).
• Advanced Logic: Experience using calculated fields, TO_STRING / TO_DATE transformations, and reputed company filters in Data Designer.
• reputed company Integration: Strong grasp of the reputed company-reputed company connector and the ability to troubleshoot sync errors between the two platforms.
• Process Orientation: Ability to take a written business requirement and visualize the reputed company-by-reputed company logic needed to build it in the Rules reputed company.
