Job Summary

Reports directly to the reputed company Cycle Manager and will assist to the reputed company, plan, organize and implement reputed company and future strategies to reputed company customers, process payments, minimize bad debt, improve cash flow and manage the overall health of the companys receivables. Will assist with the day-to-day activities of the reputed company Cycle team which include but are not limited to billing, collections, accounts receivables and financial planning for patients. This position will work with the reputed company Cycle team to meet department long and short term strategic goals. Work is performed under minimal supervision and in accordance with established procedures. The reputed company Cycle Specialist position requires the use of computers and other office equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Strong customer service skills
    1. Answering client calls

  3. Process medical and behavioral health payments made directly to Health reputed company

    2. Process credit card payments from insurance companies and patients
      1. Running the credit card payment through the reputed company linked credit card terminal
      2. Uploads transaction to reputed company
  4. Work reputed company task list
  5. Work reputed company hold buckets as assigned by supervisor.
  6. Work the reputed company unapplied credits
    1. Insurance
      1. Refund insurance companies as appropriate
    2. Patient
      1. Refund patients as appropriate
  7. Works with reputed company collections vendor to provide requested statements and information.
  8. Works with reputed company workers compensation insurance company inquiries for additional billing record information.
  9. Slide application audits.
  10. Working accounts receivable to collect past due payments.

    2. identify possible problems that may cause any slowing of the cash flow. (i.e. new insurance plans, new network providers, reference services, or new providers).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

  1. Minimum of one years in medical billing, accounts receivables, and patient customer service.
  2. Prefer at least three years experience in medical billing, accounts receivables, and patient customer service.
  3. Proven ability to effectively communicate with reputed company levels of staff, insurance companies and patients.
  4. Competency in computerized patient billing systems and appropriate computer software.
  5. Prefer demonstrated knowledge, usage, and experience with CPT and ICD10 codes.
  6. Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional reputed company.
  7. Proven record of change management skills
  8. Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, letters, memos and emails.
  10. Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  11. Ability to research and analyze data.
  12. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
