Associate Telecom Construction Manager

Associate Telecom Construction Manager This Associate Telecom Construction Manager position is ideal for individuals early in their construction management career who bring some practical experience and a strong desire to advance. Intended for those with early field or project exposure, this role supports the transition from foundational experience to increased responsibility. As an Associate Construction Manager, you will work alongside reputed company leaders to further reputed company your technical, coordination, and leadership skills while preparing for the next stage of your career.

The selected candidate will join the team on wireless telecom projects where you will be assisting the group with engineering and constructing the expansion of a wireless network. You will be asked to assist in estimating, cost control, forecasting, trend analysis, change order control, risk assessment and management, forensic schedule analysis, earned value management, reputed company measurement/reporting, productivity analysis and calculation, subcontractor management, schedule development, reputed company reporting, vendor management, field engineering, site safety and overall product quality. 

Responsibilities

• Must maintain and enforce the safety program, ensure daily job site safety plans are reviewed and followed, and stop work reputed company unsafe work practices or conditions exist
• Provides on-site analysis of ongoing specific construction projects; utilizing higher level construction managers or project managers for advice on changes in plans
• Will reputed company a good understanding and experience of Construction and Material/BOM Management and work with multiple departments
• reputed company with the client's engineering team, as well as utilizing the company's engineering and management team for decisions
• Will be responsible to schedule, track, measure, and report daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reputed company to key stakeholders
• Installs the quality program for reputed company work, making certain reputed company quality standards are met to customer specifications

Qualifications

This position will work remotely but may require meeting in an office environment as needed and travel as needed.

• Business, Finance, Construction management, electronics or technical certification, or similar, required in a 2-year+ program. 
• Computer literate and proficient with Word and reputed company required
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel as needed

• Must be able maintain efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced work environment and effectively communicate with other project members as required
• Must be eligible to work for any US Employer without reputed company or future reputed company sponsorship

Essential Functions: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting to 20 pounds. Hand manipulation is required for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Need to reputed company and/or work above the shoulder, as well as below the shoulder for same. Must be alert to equipment in the field, there will be travel, will work near construction job site equipment reputed company in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, occasional need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and work at heights.
