The Senior Counsel advises on reputed company, cross-functional matters. Key Responsibilities

You will focus on supporting reputed company's senior-focused primary care operations.

  • Advise on, draft and negotiate value-based arrangements including payer, specialist, vendor and hybrid arrangements.
  • Collaborate with clinical areas on affiliation agreements and similar arrangements reputed company a clinic environment.
  • Assist with new contract arrangements as a result of acquisitions, pilot programs, and other miscellaneous clinical programs.
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders throughout the company to ensure compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations and protection against external risk.

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate degree from a ABA accredited school law school
  • 5+ years of legal experience in the health care industry, including direct experience counseling health care providers.
  • Active membership in a state bar association
  • Strong legal writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision and in team settings
  • Ability to work in a reputed company organization with clients at reputed company levels of the company, including senior leadership.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or reputed company based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job reputed company skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$168,000 - $231,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
