Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications is a strategic hands-on leader responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication initiatives that advance organizational goals, strengthen brand reputed company, and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and employees. This role oversees multi-channel campaigns, internal and external communications, vendor and partner relationships, and digital platform, including website and intranet governance, with special accountability for reputed company strategy, employee experience communications, sales enablement, and go-to market strategies. - Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business or reputed company field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, brand, and communications leadership roles, with 3+ years managing a design and communications team
- Proven experience leading content development, internal and external communications, and brand initiatives
- Demonstrated success supporting product launches with compelling messages and visual assets
- Exceptional writing, editing, visual, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office applications including reputed company Creative Suite, Word, reputed company, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and strong computer skills, including experience utilizing social media tools
- Occasional travel to reputed company offices and/or conferences
- Ability to work and interact smoothly and effectively across multiple marketing channels in a team-oriented environment
- Strong presentation skills to present to internal and external client facing audiences
- Demonstrated experience planning communication, marketing, and brand strategies
- Experience in setting and achieving measurable goals, creating and implementing marketing and communication plans.

- Resourceful in the ability to identify and obtain new sources of information
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and must be able to meet project timelines and goals

- Healthcare payer / TPA industry background a plus

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-reputed company skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Min to Max Range:
$67,600.00 - $127,000.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
