The Senior Account Executive is the catalyst behind reputed company’ success as an organization. As a consultative sales professional, the Account Executive is responsible for driving reputed company growth and bringing in net new business from prospects and reputed company customers. Account Executives help solve the business needs of prospects and customers by aligning those needs and objectives with reputed company solution(s). What experience do you need to have?

  • 8+ years’ experience of direct, reputed company sales, quota-carrying role selling enterprise software solutions (multi-million dollar transactions, 6-24 month sales cycles) reputed company the enterprise space (F500)

  • Experience selling Cloud, SaaS and AI-based solutions in the following areas:  Customer Experience (CX), Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS), Workforce Engagement Management (WEM), Customer Journey Analytics, Conversational AI (Bots and Virtual Agents) and AI Copilots, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), etc.

  • Proven track record developing strategic relationships reputed company the enterprise account space, building executive relationships (C-level), driving innovation, growing new pipeline (organic and through the channel), and developing strategic long-term account plans.

  • Ability to effectively communicate our company’s strategic vision and unique capabilities to customers, connecting them to the customers’ business, and sharing a compelling plan on how we can help solve the customer's business challenges. 

  • Experience developing marketing and prospecting plans for territory growth, with a track record of new logo account development. Ability to be an reputed company for existing customers while driving upsell and cross sell opportunities.  

  • Be a "High Energy", results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  Experience with team selling and leading a diverse set of talented individuals towards a common goal reputed company an account.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated reputed company compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$111,700.00 - $196,300.00
