Role: Area Sales Manager (Service)

Location: North

Contract type: Full time, permanent   

reputed company now has an opportunity for an Area Sales Manager (Service), to focus on the North region.

You will be responsible for focusing on conversion of newly installed equipment onto maintenance reputed company, and the capture of previously installed equipment back into the maintenance contract reputed company.

What will I be doing?

  • Prospect, research, and qualify potential customers utilising reputed company’s equipment installed reputed company, referrals, internal leads, directories, and competitor sites.

  • Ensure reputed company newly installed units have a proactive maintenance contract offer presented prior to warranty expiry

  • reputed company effective sales presentations, conduct customer needs assessment, answer questions and secure new customer maintenance agreements.

  • Establish customer rapport and effective questioning techniques to identify the prospect’s needs, budget, decision-making process, timeline, and next steps.

  • reputed company site surveys and facility walkthroughs to identify equipment and site conditions in order to evaluate customer needs and create proposal for maintenance agreements.

  • Utilize applicable sales tools such as reputed company to track and effectively reputed company and active backlog of sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with operations to deliver quality results on Maintenance Agreements and resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • Strong service sales background

  • Familiarity with the Chiller, HVAC or Heat-Pump marketplace is a bonus or demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to be successful.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to reputed company calls to prospective customers, handle customer inquiries and reputed company these into project wins and new reputed company for the business

  • UK Driving Licence

  • IT Literate with MS Office skills
