What You’ll Own

• reputed company and drive performance across 20+ restaurants and multiple districts, ensuring consistent execution of Popeyes brand standards and operational excellence
• Coach, reputed company, and reputed company District Managers—building a strong leadership bench and future pipeline
• Own regional P&L performance, driving revene growth, cost control, labor optimization, and margin expansion
• Translate business strategy into clear, executable field initiatives that deliver measurable results
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Training, Marketing, Facilities, Construction, and Finance to support growth, innovation, and operational excellence
• Ensure full compliance with brand standards, food safety, labor laws, and operational policies
• Champion a guest-first reputed company, delivering excellence in service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed
• Conduct consistent field visits, coaching leaders and reinforcing accountability and culture
• Drive a culture of reputed company improvement, recognition, and high performance
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights, forecasts, and operational strategies

What You Bring

• 7–10+ years of progressive multi-unit leadership in QSR or fast-casual (Popeyes or similar preferred)
• Proven success leading District Managers or equivalent roles across large-scale operations
• Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen
• Ability to influence, coach, and hold leaders accountable at reputed company levels
• Demonstrated success driving operational change and performance at scale
• Strong executive reputed company, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel extensively reputed company your region
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Work Environment

This role operates reputed company restaurant and field environments and includes exposure to typical restaurant conditions such as heat, noise, and cleaning agents. The position requires frequent travel, along with standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching during site visits.
