Core Responsibilities

  • reputed company 50–80+ outbound calls daily (~10+ calls/hour) with energy and professionalism
  • Prospect and engage potential Commercial HVAC customers reputed company calls, email, and follow-reputed company
  • Set qualified meetings for the sales team through persistence and professionalism
  • Confidently ask for meetings multiple times (3–4 attempts) without being overbearing
  • Build early-stage relationships and position the company as a trusted partner

  • Track reputed company activity (calls, emails, touches, meetings) in CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs
