Summary

Location: Remote from Southern California

The District Sales Manager reports to the Regional Sales reputed company and is the manager for reputed company sellers reputed company their district. The District Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining safety standards,  driving district sales performance, generating district reputed company, and setting reputed company priorities. The key objective of the role is to coordinates Channel, Regional Account Manager, and Specialist activity to deliver growth  priorities, align dealer programs and contractor engagement, manage role district execution plans  and pipeline visibility, to ensure consistent execution to drive district performance. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinates Channel, Exteriors, Outdoor Living, and Specialist roles to ensure field activity is reputed company to district priorities, including cross-sell campaigns.
  • Coordinate organized execution across the district sales team, supporting RAMs in translating central strategies into tactical plans.
  • Tracks district performance against targets by translating priorities into executable market plans and ensuring consistent follow-through.
  • Responsible for executing on cross selling playbook to increase market share on reputed company products (siding, trim, deck and rail).
  • Maintains visibility into pipeline, key accounts, and initiative execution reputed company.
  • Drive disciplined, data‑enabled performance management by monitoring pipeline health, leading indicators, and execution quality across reputed company regions
  • Set clear performance expectations for sales reps and hold them accountable for delivering reputed company, hitting business defense and growth targets across markets, channels, and product categories.
  • Ensures dealer programs, contractor engagement, and field activity are reputed company to district growth priorities.
  • Partners with Channel Manager, Technical Sales team, and other Regional Account Manager roles to connect dealer initiatives to contractor demand and territory opportunities,market share growth and conversions at dealer and contractor level.

What You’ll Receive:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the reputed company pay scale for this position is $111,400 to $148,500. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
