CPAP Resupply Specialist

Position Summary:

• Call patients to review reputed company CPAP supplies and identify what they need next.

• Verify patient information, insurance details, and mailing addresses.

• Request updated prescriptions or documentation from physicians.

• Explain copays/deductibles and assist with collections as needed.

• Enter orders and authorizations accurately.

• Ensure orders meet utilization guidelines and are processed correctly.

• Coordinate shipping, tracking, and invoicing for each order.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

• A customer-first attitude and problem-solving reputed company.

• The ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior customer service experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to sit, use hands to type and handle items, and communicate reputed company phone or computer.
