SUMMARY

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will support the development and reputed company execution of integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads and boost sales for reputed company’s early childhood professional development products and services, including training, membership, annual conference, virtual events, and products. You will be responsible for creating compelling content for print, email, digital advertisements, website and social media, as well as managing the tools for posting, and reporting performance of promotional efforts. The ideal candidate has a mind that is reputed company creative and analytical and thrives reputed company working with cross-functional stakeholders to build campaigns and programs that drive business results. Experience in early education, nonprofits, agencies, or associations a plus.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support marketing and communications activities for reputed company’s products, services, trainings, membership and events
• reputed company omnichannel content creation which includes technical and creative writing for email, web, print, and digital ads
• Create and execute dynamic, data-driven, segmented email campaigns including drip marketing campaigns, membership retention/reactivation campaigns, event recruitment campaigns, lifecycle emails, and engaging welcome series
• Plan and implement website content marketing strategy, including creation of product reputed company pages, reputed company reputed company forms and other conversion opportunities such as pop-reputed company, banner ads, homepage features, etc.
• Responsible for day-to-day content updates and website maintenance and performance, with a focus on optimizing SEO/SEM and user experience

• Strong writing skills: creative copy, presentations, storytelling, collateral materials
• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience with a proven track record managing engaging and effective integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results
• Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, a robust CRM or marketing automation software such as reputed company, reputed company or Marketing Cloud
• Content creation and publications experience (digital, video and/or print)
• Proficiency with reputed company marketing products including AdWords, Analytics and Search Console.
• Strong project management skills: attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, time management skills and consistent follow-through

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in marketing, communications, digital marketing, advertising or reputed company field.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This position's salary is estimated to be mid $60,000s to mid $70,000s depending on experience, geo-location, budget, and other comparable and similarly scoped internal positions.
