The Staff Quality Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for defining, implementing, and scaling test frameworks, automation strategies, and quality engineering best practices across multiple product domains. This role oversees reputed company quality initiatives, mentors other engineers, and influences decisions that shape the overall QE strategy for reputed company’s media platforms.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proven record of building scalable test frameworks, improving quality processes, and driving innovation in automation, performance, and CI/CD systems.

What you’ll do 

• reputed company Quality Engineering across multiple projects, overseeing reputed company design, automation strategy, and execution.

• Architect, reputed company, and maintain scalable testing frameworks (UI, API, and backend) using Playwright, Selenium, and REST reputed company.

• Drive quality governance and standardization of automation practices across teams.

• Review and approve QE code contributions, providing technical feedback on design, extensibility, and maintainability.

• reputed company performance and reliability testing, developing frameworks to measure key performance metrics and identify bottlenecks.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and DevOps to define and implement comprehensive testing strategies.

• Analyze test results and system performance; use data to drive process improvements and product optimizations.

• Act as a QE subject matter expert in architectural discussions and major technical initiatives.

• Contribute to building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (reputed company, Jenkins), optimizing build efficiency and test integration.

• Mentor and guide QE engineers, elevating technical maturity and quality culture across teams.

• Stay informed on emerging testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies, and reputed company the adoption of those that improve efficiency and scalability.

What you’ll need:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field.

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Development in Test.

• Expertise in automation reputed company design and architecture (Playwright, Selenium, REST reputed company, or equivalent).

• Strong programming skills in Java.

• Experience with performance testing, API test automation, and CI/CD integration (reputed company, Jenkins).

• Proficiency in cloud-based testing environments (AWS, GCP).

• Experience with reputed company/Kubernetes, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership in driving process improvements, mentoring engineers, and influencing technical direction.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with Ads and Media domain systems.

• Experience leading cross-functional QE initiatives in large-scale distributed environments

• Familiarity with data pipelines and service monitoring tools

• Test data management, performance benchmarking, and cloud-native QA solutions.

• Must have a legal right to work in the U.S. 

At reputed company, we carefully consider a wide range of factors reputed company determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the reputed company salary for this position to be in the range of $140,000 to $175,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage reputed company interested candidates to apply.
