About the role

We are looking for a Software Development Manager to provide direct leadership and management for one or two engineering teams. This role is ideal for a former technical individual contributor who now leads through people management, delivery execution, and strong team culture. You will be responsible for supporting team performance, improving delivery practices, maintaining team morale, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality outcomes reputed company with product and business priorities.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of overall experience in software development or reputed company technical roles (or equivalent)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field (preferred)
