About the role
We are looking for a Software Development Manager to provide direct leadership and management for one or two engineering teams. This role is ideal for a former technical individual contributor who now leads through people management, delivery execution, and strong team culture. You will be responsible for supporting team performance, improving delivery practices, maintaining team morale, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality outcomes reputed company with product and business priorities.

Who you are
Experience managing software development teams that actively use AI coding agents and AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows
Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance support, and team development

Experience managing a team delivering continuously and incrementally
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience in improving delivery processes and establishing effective team operating rhythms

Required Experience & Qualifications
Typically 8+ years of overall experience in software development or reputed company technical roles (or equivalent)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field (preferred)
