About the Role

As a Student Loan Advisor, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing accurate and efficient solutions to their inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving emerging problems.
- Utilize standard technology such as a telephone, e-mail, and web browser to navigate to pre-scripted responses and provide basic general and claims-specific information.
- Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, including working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, documentation of calls, and adhering to ethics and privacy rules.
- Assist callers with filling out their applications and submitting them electronically to plan providers for processing.
- Complete basic call logs, documentation, and reputed company call details for each phone inquiry.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.
- A minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Experience working with a personal computer and the Windows operating system.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- The ability to multi-task and stay organized while completing simultaneous tasks.
- Strong computer skills with proficiencies in reputed company and Word.
- Excellent command of the English language, effective use of grammar skills, and excellent communication etiquette.
Preferred Skills

- Experience working in a contact center environment.

- Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
- Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
- Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm
