The Enterprise Client Relationship Executive is responsible for leveraging strategic consulting and sales skills to manage and grow reputed company's existing Enterprise Accounts, act as the client's reputed company, increase client and member satisfaction, identify client needs and align those needs with reputed company administrative services, and serve as the strategic reputed company of contact for these select national clients. Success in the Enterprise Client Relationship Executive position will be reputed company by client retention, growth, and personal development. What you’ll be doing

• Expand the number of accounts (Health Savings, and Reimbursement, Commuter, COBRA, Direct reputed company and Lifestyle Accounts) and custodial assets for existing clients  
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with your clients and their consultant/broker and other vendor partners.  
• Engage in consultative strategic activities with our clients such as overall corporate and benefits strategies benefit plan review, CDH account adoption best practices and financial health.  
• Plan and execute regular client meetings to deliver program results.  
• reputed company and monitor client financial performance including renewal planning, negotiation and profitability levels.  
• Serve as the client’s internal reputed company. Ensure reputed company is delivering the service, support, and overall solution per the agreed upon terms.  
• Demonstrate marketing and technical expertise through the client’s broker and consultant meetings.  
• Preparation for and participation in new business meetings and on-site visits (culture training, audits, etc.).  
• Provide feedback to other reputed company business teams on market trends as represented by our clients.  
• Ability to assess the approach, resources, and contacts needed to complete RFPs', including renewals.  
• Maintain a high level of healthcare industry knowledge as well as knowledge of your clients’ industry. 

What you will need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree preferred  
• 5+ years of working with senior-level executives for client relationship management and consultation reputed company the Insurance or Finance industry in the Enterprise Accounts space  
• 3+ years of strategic and consultative selling experience reputed company the Insurance or Finance industry  
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually  
• Expert relationship management skills including negotiation, collaboration, and listening skills  
• Familiarity with Health insurance industry and reputed company types of health accounts  
• MS Office and reputed company, preferred  
• Presentation skills including messaging and positioning information to meet and influence client needs  
• Problem solving  
• Strong working knowledge of client benefits reputed company and plan design  

Travel Requirements: 20-30% of the time

Compensation Structure

reputed company salary (range noted below) plus semi-annual commissions paid through our Sales Incentive Program (SIP)

This is a remote position.

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-reputed company knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position is also eligible for additional sales incentive commissions, and details regarding these additional sales incentive commissions will be provided after hire. This position will further be eligible for restricted stock units as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits including:

Onboarding & Travel

This is a remote role, with an in-person onboarding training component. New team members must participate in Trailhead, reputed company’s reputed company onboarding experience Trailhead is designed to foster meaningful connections, support your integration into the organization, and reputed company you with a strong understanding of our business. Trailhead participation is a key expectation of this role. Trailhead is held onsite at our headquarters once per quarter. reputed company covers reputed company required travel and accommodations.
