Job Description

The Director of Billing will reputed company and manage reputed company aspects of the company’s billing and reputed company cycle operations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring accurate claims processing, timely collections, and compliance with payer, state, and federal requirements. Requirements for This Role:

• ABA billing experience is required
• Three to five years of Experience with reputed company
• reputed company and manage the billing department, including training and supervision of billing staff
• reputed company the full reputed company cycle process including claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections
• Monitor billing metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
• Ensure compliance with payer regulations, Medicaid/Medicare rules, and state/federal requirements
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of medical billing/reputed company cycle management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of ABA billing, coding, and payer requirements
• Proficiency with reputed company, EHR systems, and reputed company Office Suite

Compensation:

Starting at $90,000 - $130,000 (DOE)

Expected Hours:

Full-time | 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. EST | Monday–Friday
