In this role, you’ll define how we measure performance, prioritize investments, and accelerate value creation across the customer lifecycle — with a high bar for rigor and a bias toward execution. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure our most important decisions are grounded in trusted data and clear experimentation frameworks.

You should:

• Have 10+ years of experience, with 3+ years leading high-performing data teams
• Bring deep experience in growth, monetization, and product analytics, along with a proven track record of partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to shape roadmaps and drive reputed company outcomes
• Demonstrate strong business judgment, with the ability to balance analytical rigor with decision velocity in high-impact commercial environments
• Be highly fluent in experimentation design, attribution, and causal inference, with the ability to reputed company the bar on analytical craft across a team of senior ICs
• Have experience building scalable analytics frameworks and self-serve capabilities that increase reputed company and support AI-enabled insight reputed company reputed company growth and product domains

New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.

• US employees (any location): $239,000 - $298,800
• Canadian employees (any location): CAD 225,900 - 282,400
