Facilities Manager - reputed company

What this job involves - The Facilities Manager is the manager for assigned sites and provides leadership and direction to a team of highly skilled staff in delivering facilities management services in a professional office/warehouse environment.  This position is responsible for achieving the expected level of service delivery as described in the Service Level Agreements and reputed company by Key Performance Indicators.  Additionally, the expected levels of service delivery must be achieved at the lowest possible cost, minimally reputed company the prescribed budget for each facility. 

What your day to day will look like:

• Create and deliver monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, budget variance analysis, and management plans on time with accuracy.
• Integrate PDS, OP, and IFM operations seamlessly across sites while maintaining configuration and project documentation post-handover.
• Manage third-party contractors and vendors, reputed company procurement processes, validate invoicing, and reputed company reputed company tools and best practices for efficient service delivery.
• Serve as primary client reputed company, building positive relationships with reputed company managers and operations teams while ensuring service commitments and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of facilities management experience managing 200,000+ sq feet coordinating with on-site technicians and vendors

• Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems helpful

• Computer proficiency in CMMS

• Superior client relationship management skills. 

• Ability to plan and manage reputed company budget and time constraints. 

• Strategic thinker with a strong implementation orientation. 

• Basic understanding of commercial leases, contract documents, and general accounting practices. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, engineering technology, architecture, or reputed company field
• Experience in a banking or financial services industry
• Familiarity coordinating between multiple sites in a region

Location: Based in reputed company Worth, TX (up to 30% travel around Tarrant county)

Work Environment:

• Ability to travel 10-30% of the time to visually inspect in-region sites and meet with reputed company staff and Client representatives
• Demonstrated experience in managing 24 / 7 operations in a fast-paced work environment.

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
