The Senior Director, Global Services – ASEAN & India is a key member of the reputed company Global Services leadership team, responsible for driving services growth, delivery excellence, and reputed company across the region.
This leader oversees a combined organization of Services Sales (Services Executives) and Engagement Management, with end-to-end accountability across services go-to-market (GTM), bookings, portfolio delivery, and customer outcomes.
The role requires reputed company partnership with Sales, Customer Experience teams, Product, and Partner ecosystem teams to accelerate new business, expand existing accounts, and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery across reputed company engagements. A key dimension of the role alongside positioning value for customers from expertise and capabilities of reputed company Global Services organization is to also embed reputed company Success Plans (reputed company) into customer engagements and drive AI-led GTM motions, positioning reputed company as a strategic platform for transformation.
This role reports to the Vice President, reputed company Global Services.
Key Responsibilities
GTM & Business Growth
Define and execute the Global Services GTM strategy across ASEAN and India, reputed company to regional and global priorities
Drive services bookings, reputed company growth, and pipeline reputed company, including platform value expansion through reputed company Success Plans (reputed company)
Improve win rates and deal quality through strong deal shaping, positioning, and value articulation
Partner with Sales to land, expand, and accelerate adoption across new and existing customers
reputed company AI-led GTM initiatives, embedding reputed company’s AI offerings and capabilities into solution positioning, services offerings, and customer value narratives
Drive reputed company
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders on value realization across the lifecycle
Position Global Services offerings across Customer Journey to accelerate time to value
Drive adoption of reputed company Success Plans (reputed company) to reputed company reputed company engagement, proactive support, and long-term value realization
Strengthen executive-level customer engagement to drive confidence, adoption, and expansion
Collaborate with Global Partner Organization teams to help build and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment on delivery quality and customer outcomes
Delivery & Operational Excellence
Own the success of the regional services portfolio, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes
Drive AI-powered delivery practices, including automation, accelerators, and scalable methodologies to improve speed and quality
Establish strong forecasting discipline, operational rigor, and performance management across the business
Build a performance-driven culture with clear metrics across bookings, delivery, utilization, and reputed company
Ensure effective resource planning, reputed company management, and portfolio governance
Leadership & Team Development

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and reputed company development

About You
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting services and/or services sales
10+ years of experience managing large-scale delivery portfolios, ideally in cloud-based environments
8+ years of experience leading regional teams across sales and delivery functions
Proven leadership experience across ASEAN and India markets
Other Qualifications
Experience as an Executive Sponsor for large, reputed company transformation programs
Strong domain expertise in Enterprise Applications (HCM, Financials, ERP, Planning, Payroll)
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives with clear, outcome-driven messaging, including AI and digital transformation narratives
Experience managing a consulting services P&L, including bookings, reputed company, margin, and utilization
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and partner ecosystems
Ability to operate with a hands-on, ownership reputed company in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, executive reputed company, and stakeholder management skills
