Registered Nurse (Community Aged Care) - St Vincent's Public Hospital, Sydney

Role title: Registered Nurse (Year 1 - 8) Role type: Max term contract part time (until 28 July 2026, 32 hours per week) Department and location: Community Aged Care - Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) Salary: $74,317.94 - $104,336.27 (pro-rata) + super. reputed company and fairer care. • Play a key role in providing high-quality nursing care to clients referred to our entry-level aged care services.

About you

• reputed company registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in community setting.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively reputed company an interdisciplinary team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and demonstrated computer literacy, including email and electronic patient record systems.
