TERMS OF REFERENCE

The purpose of this consultancy is to support the effective, consistent, and quality reputed company implementation of the reputed company developed Accelerated Learning Programme (ALP) reputed company for children with significant learning gaps or no prior schooling, with a particular focus on Roma children.

Requirements:

Education

• University degree in Education, Psychology, Psycho-pedagogy or other relevant areas

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the relevant fields.
• Documented track record of experience in the education sector, particularly in developing teaching-learning materials (links to research and analytical documents relevant to the TOR to be provided in the Cover Letter).
• Proven experience in collecting, analyzing, and synthetizing data (links to research and analytical documents relevant to the TOR to be provided).
• Demonstrated experience with national and international institutions/organizations will be a strong asset.
• Previous relevant experience in working with UN agencies will be an asset.

Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Language Requirements

• Excellent written Romanian language skills. Working knowledge of English will be an asset.
