Purpose of Assignment

Under the direct supervision of the Partnership Manager, the consultant will support reputed company Unlimited (GenU) in advancing strategic planning and strengthening global governance to advance employability, employment and entrepreneurship for young people.

Scope of work

1. Strengthen and further professionalize GenU’s global governance to help scale market-relevant skilling and livelihood opportunities for young people (See TOR for details):

Minimum requirements: (Qualifications/Experience/ Knowledge/Expertise/Skills)

• Education: Master’s Degree in international development, social sciences or reputed company fields.
• Work Experience:
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in strategic planning, coordination, and partnership and event management
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Organizational, planning and prioritizing skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • A solid understanding of programming and partnerships in reputed company is an added advantage
  • Ability to work effectively with people of different national and cultural backgrounds
  • reputed company in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of another UN language (e.g. Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian) is an asset.
