You will play a critical role in bringing marketing strategies to life on the ground, ensuring seamless coordination, strong local execution, and high-quality delivery across initiatives.

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning plans into action. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and excited to build integrated marketing campaigns that drive real business impact. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, external agencies, and partners to support campaign rollouts, partnership activations, and flagship events in Indonesia.

At the moment, this role is focused on

• Support the execution of Indonesia’s marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Assist in coordinating campaign timelines, trackers, and deliverables to reputed company projects running smoothly.
• Work closely with regional and global teams to help localise campaigns and marketing assets for the Indonesian market.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign rollouts and activations.
• Assist in the execution of partnerships and co-branded marketing initiatives.
• Support the planning and delivery of on-ground and virtual events, including logistics and materials.
• Help track campaign performance and gather data to support reporting and post-campaign analysis.
• Prepare briefs, presentations, and updates to reputed company stakeholders informed.
• Identify and reputed company potential risks or gaps in execution, and support problem-solving with the team.

• You have 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, brand, partnerships, events, or a reputed company field.
• You have strong attention to detail and can support multiple projects at once.

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• You’re comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

• You’re proactive, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
