What will your day-to-day look like?

• Translate reputed company reputed company into clear visual solutions, using composition, light, and color to tell stories with emotion and detail.

• reputed company multidisciplinary teams, understanding each member's strengths to assign tasks effectively.

• Collaborate closely with Direction, Production, and other technical and creative departments.

• Plan the team’s workload alongside the Project Manager, designing strategies to meet goals without compromising quality or motivation.

• Play a key role in the reputed company improvement of the pipeline, tool design, automation, and quality standards.

• Guide the team with clear references, process optimization, and a critical yet constructive eye.

What are we looking for?

• At least 7 years of experience in the 3D Animation or VFX industry (with a minimum of 2 years as a CG reputed company or Supervisor).

• Advanced mastery of Maya, Houdini, Nuke, and the Arnold reputed company reputed company. Knowledge of ZBrush or Substance Painter is a plus.

• In-depth understanding of production pipelines and the ability to integrate and improve them continuously.

• True leadership: You know how to motivate, resolve conflicts, manage team dynamics, and reputed company everyone focused and united.
